The ELS System is is essentially a vehicle power distribution system comprising multi-output relay enclosures, cabin switch panels and custom cable assemblies (designed to suit a specific customer application). Its purpose is to control devices such as pumps, compressors (including air conditioning system motors), temperature monitors, lights and sirens, by delivering power as required, to activate a specific device. No smarts, other than device-specific electro-mechanical safety cutouts are available on this system.

While modular, each sytem is customised to a specific application following an applicaton brief from the customer. Cabin switch panels, custom harnesses, etc, are then delivered to suit that specific role.

Many thousands of ELS Systems are in use around Australia in fire, ambulance and emergency service vehicles.
